Our Real Cancer Support Group friends, Carolyn and Stan Ayers, residents of Lake City, Michigan are celebrating their third wedding anniversary on June 10th, Stan is formerly from Pennsylvania (Pocono Mountains area). and a bladder cancer survivor. Carolyn has been a volunteer with HOSPICE for several years. She lost her first husband to prostate cancer. She has won Michigan's HOSPICE Volunteer of the Year award twice. Stan and Carolyn, do many volunteer hours for The Relay for Life for American Cancer Society. You both are commended for your volunteer service. . People involved like you two, through all your work and supportt, help all of us cancer survivors fight the battle.
Ken and I thank you for sending us the Cooking Together For A Cure, Relay For Life Missaukee County, Michigan cookbook. It is filled with so many great recipes. We certanly will enjoy having it in our collections of recipe books.
