The decision has been made on our hardwoods and flooring. It is two years in our making it happen. We are excited that we kept waiting as sales due to the slow economy gave us a much better pricing. We are putting hardwoods in the Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room and down the hall to the bedrooms. However, we have decided that we are going to replace the carpet in the bedrooms with new carpet for the added warmth to the rooms. The Kitchen and Guest Bath and Dressing area, the carpet is being replaced with a beautiful tile-appearing vinyl. Bet you can't tell I am excited. This will all take place no later than June 1. Lots of packing to be done to get ready for the furnishings to be moved. I can't wait to get this carpet replaced. It really has served it's purpose.
