Sawyer's team (Trussville 6 year olds came in second place at the final classic at Clay Chalkville pre Dixie Youth Classic. They now are in the finals with the winner advancing into the State Play Offs. GrandParents are just hoping for second place in this classic as we are ready for baseball to end. Good Luck Guys. You have come a long way. We are proud of this team . This video shows the break for both teams to sing "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" with their fans. The umpires had both teams face the stadium and sing to their groups. Note Sawyer is the one in the vest and batting helmet as he was on the pitcher mound during this game. He enjoyed this little part of his game...Guess you can tell that.
They have a ball game tonight at 6 and finish up the Dixie Youth Play Offs for this area tomorrow. Good Luck Guys
