ASA WAVES GOODBY TO THIRTY-ONE YEAR MINING CAREER. Asa, my brother (in-law) retired this week. We are so excited about this decision. Now he will enjoy more time with his family, traveling with us and visiting his daughter Jill and family in Tampa, Florida.
CONGRATULATIONS! The mines will miss all your long hours of work.
Yea, Cole decided to take some steps yesterday to his Pappy. We also witnessed his first of many steps now that he has this thing all figured out. He did not waste anytime making turn arounds. He earned all our praises and did some clapping for himself.
What a precious little man.
Saban is back home with his family. He got to rejoin them on Sunday night. Sawyer was anxiously waiting for him to come to SRCC as soon as the bus got back to the Church. Thank You Lord for taking care of our youth, youth leaders and their families and Rob (Youth Minister), Denise, Preston and Sawyer during this time. This is a wonderful experience for everyone taking this retreat. (will post pics later).
